Insurance

Dr Lauren Keller, Chiropractor is out of network with all insurance companies. We will not submit to your insurance company, but we are able to provide a Superbill which you can submit for reimbursement.

Finances

  • New patient evaluation: $175

    • This appointment is 60-90 minutes long for adults and infants and includes both examination and treatment. For kids, we understand that sensory seeking kids often times have short attention spans so we are able to do a phone call prior to the appointment so we can discuss history, concerns and goals and the in-person appointment can focus on the assessment and treatment.

    • Fertility acupuncture evaluation = $250

  • Returning appointments for chiropractic, sensory, pelvic floor: $125

    • These appointments are typically 45 minutes long and may include chiropractic adjustment, acupuncture, nervous system regulation techniques, fitness/exercise, sensory techniques

  • Fertility acupuncture evaluation: $225

    • Fertility acupuncture follow-up sessions; how many sessions are needed depends on your specific history: $75

  • Potty Training, Encoporesis, Constipation Health Coaching: $300

    • This is for online coaching and guidance and includes 1 45-minute intake and 2 30-minute follow-ups
