Meet Dr. Lauren
Hello, Hello! I’m Dr. Lauren Keller, a mom of 3 humans, chicken mom, vegetable gardener, and lover of all things pelvic floor. If you search for me outside the office I’m usually at a local nursery or playground, hanging out with my husband, children and chick-rens in the backyard or my hands are dirty from working with native plants and pulling weeds or I'm in the kitchen playing mad-scientist fermenting some kind of food or drink (sourdough, kombucha, sauerkraut, mead, ACV, hard cider, you name it…I’ve probably tried to ferment it).
I pursued a career in women’s health through movement & mindset because I’ve been on the other side as a new mama looking for knowledge and support during pregnancy and postpartum. And I felt like the support was non-existent.
I’m where compassion meets passion and hippy meets science. I can help show you what you CAN do while breaking down barriers so you stop fearing life or the unknown and are more confident and comfortable in pregnancy and postpartum.
If you found me here, it’s probably because:
You've decided you want to work with someone who understands what you’re going through.
You are tired of doctors listening to you but not being heard and you know you deserve better. When you work with me you are heard and never judged. You are given space to share your voice and to truly experience life rather than walking through the motions hiding your fears and concerns for fear of being treated poorly.
Or maybe you’ve heard me say that sex can be enjoyable rather than painful.
Or you have listened to my soap box about the fact that women are not broken and CAN exercise safely during pregnancy and postpartum.
As a mama who has experienced a traumatic birth and two healing births, I understand the fears you face during pregnancy and postpartum. It can feel very scary & isolating in those early days. What I know is that you are not alone and you can feel better physically and emotionally.
My passion and the focus of my practice is helping support women through the motherhood transition from trying to conceive to pregnancy and postpartum. I’m here to help mamas like you enjoy pregnancy and postpartum so you are able to truly enjoy and embrace the experience. I want you to feel like the best version of yourself!
