Postpartum chiropractic and pelvic floor rehabilitation can help mamas who have:

  • Diastasis recti - “mummy tummy” or feeling like your abs aren’t strong

  • Incontinence or constant urge to use the restroom - if you know where all the public restrooms are, you have to pee every time you get to your door, or leak with laughing, sneezing or coughing

  • Painful sex or pelvic pain

  • Prolapse - pelvic pressure/heaviness, feeling like something is falling out, urinary frequency, difficulty emptying bladder or bowel, feeling like your sitting on a golf ball
