*Please note that GPS is super wonky and will try to send you to Hannah’s Bakery. While their lattes are delightful and their cakes are delicious, you won’t find us there. If you are coming from the Addison area or off 355/53, keep going a little bit until you see Clover Leaf TOWERS on the right (just after Concentra). If you are coming from Bloomingdale or Glendale Heights, you most likely just passed us but no worries - you can turn left at Regency Drive, loop around the apartment complex and make your way back to Clover Leaf Towers.

Insurance

Insurance billing can be frustrating and confusing for everyone involved... the doctors, the patients, the people working at the insurance companies. You aren't alone if you feel this way! Hopefully the below resources can help you understand your insurance and allow you to use it with confidence.
