Hello! Hello! I’m Dr. Lauren Keller (Pacheco)

where Compassion meets passion & Hippy meets science.

I'm a Type-A, suburban homesteader and Mom of three kids & and a birth & pelvic floor nerd. 

You'll often find me hanging out in my peaceful spot (my backyard), rocking yoga pants, dirt-filled nails and coffee. I'm usually surrounded by my children, husband and a whole bunch of chickens. I love to help people like you take a no-BS approach to prolapse, incontinence and motherhood. 

After the birth of my first child, I was you. Constantly freaked out and googling every night to figure out what the heck was going on down there. I felt like the information out there was hard to find and lacking. I was checking ALL of the boxes and still peeing my pants. I'm excited to say how far I have come…how strong, confident and resilient I am now. I’m proud of the resiliency I’ve found down under - both physically and emotionally.

I am an expert on pelvic floor prolapse and helping you become an expert on your own prolapse and self. I believe that all Mamas should be like my favorite garden - strong, sustainable and resilient. And just as gardeners pass down information to help other gardens blossom and grow, I’m excited and happy to help you pick through the weeds of life so you can truly enjoy how beautiful it is…you can consider me your Prolapse Coach.

  1. How is Rediscover Down Under delivered?

    Rediscover Down Under has two options for delivery. You can choose the 1:1 coaching route which includes 1:1 support, email support, bi-weekly group calls as well as the Signature Course. Or you choose the Signature Course which you can check out anytime you have internet access on an online platform. The Signature course includes text, video and graphics and detailed exercise programs.

  2. Will Rediscover Down Under help me safely exercise with a prolapse?

    That was our #1 goal in creating the program - to make exercises you can safely do. The thing is, it is rarely about the exercise and more about how you do it. We will guide you through figuring out how to modify an exercise so it is right for you right now!

  3. Does Rediscover Down Under replace pelvic floor PT/OT/DC?

    Growing up in rural Indiana, we know that pelvic floor therapy isn’t available to everyone and some might not feel comfortable seeking out help (yet). Our goal is to break down some of those barriers so you get the help you deserve. We are here to help guide you and support you as a standalone or in addition to your pelvic floor rehab provider!

  4. Does this program include kegels? I already know how to do them (or, I was told not to do them)!

    We believe that kegels may be a good option for some and harmful to others. That’s the main reason we have a section on self exploration so YOU determine if kegels are right for you based on your self assessment. We also know that the prolapse and incontinence aren’t always about what the pelvic floor is doing! That’s why Rediscover Down Under is a whole body approach from head to foot to help your pelvic floor.

  5. What’s the refund policy?
